Because when faced with someone that is superior you shut up and listen.
ASF lost on both fronts. That fact alone would suggest he got greedy for both. You can look at a number of examples from the history books of how that usually ends up. Your example wasn't clear enough for my simpler mind and I didn't know what you mean from the start. You should try to moderate your rhetoric to the listener so when you see my name it Matija, oh OK, keep it simple and easy to understand - avoid unnecessary vagueness.
Last question. Because two people are strictly smarter than one and because you need to ask that question in the first place.

Let's be real for just a minute. Bart got outplayed hard that age by my 5 province retirement ghetto. We came oop with the top 4 provinces and had the top 4 much of the age. He begged and pleaded for an EOA CF early in the age when it was clear we would completely farm him in any fight. Along with the begging, he threatened us with Sparta and his other friends gang banging us if we wouldn't give him EOA cf. Since we were having a relaxed chill ghetto age, it wasn't worth our trouble and we gave him his CF. Later, with Bart still way behind, he made a deal with another kingdom to farm out his acres to them for them for them to fight us and then give his acres back. I had some support agreeing that this was "too far" and Bart was just given the land back (redistributed to Bart's benefit.) BB ended up winning province land and we coasted to eoa in peace. No acres were exchanged between Bart's kingdom or my kingdom, but in any 1 vs 1 fight, it was clear bart's kingdom would have been farmed.Quote:

I do recognize Bart as a skilled player. I think my first interaction with him was complementing him on his successful 1 tick pk's against some ghetto before he entered top play. And while I recognize that much of Bart's comments are pure self promotion without concern for facts, he would do better to accomplish more himself and spend less effort trying to discredit those who have accomplished much more than him in the game even if they don't have the time to do it in the present.

Well if we going to start counting i am pretty sure ASF beats Bart in amount of crowns even if stick to the period Barts been active. :)
Here are the facts: Bart has spent the better part of hours per day for years trying to gain influence and **** **** up. He still hasn't stepped up to the plate and taken on someone like myself or ASF, and he's generally FSU'd on relatively weak kingdoms or people. I FSU'd when I started too, but I immediately did directly on the most powerful dude in the game. Bart talks to ASF and myself in the forums tough, but he's never dared taking on us directly. Because he knows what happens next.Quote:

If you count the "crowns" ASF spent his time in a proxy ghetto "advising" you are probably right. During those times Bart was only starting a KD, building a super KD the likes of which Utopia hasn't seen yet from scratch. Counting the one age they both directly competed against each other Bart's diplomacy simply outclassed ASF. And he still didnt manage to get more acres than ASF, how on earth is that dominant? NW is easier manipulated than acres hence the crown alone is worth less. What is more valuable is acres and hold on to those henceforth even if ASF didnt win land crown he and his kd managed to gather more acres than Bart even though Bart farmed (lol) ASF! ..Quote:
