Pretty damn good because MOST OF THEM ARE HERE COMPLAINING. Can you really be this arrogant to say the hell with you, not our problem? Actually I see whats going on here. They are purposely trying to make people quit. They dont want the mid/lower tier kd's anymore...they want it to be just for the super KDs and the hell with everyone else. You dont see the difference of temporarily sitting someones provinces and being able to constantly to login to your "partners" prov?

Sitting has restrictions, the whitelist had none.

I think it's about time this thread is closed.....
A lot of people are missing (or just don't want to get) the point of things being said.
The devs obviously doesn't give a damn about how many people would be forced out, despite the "valuable input" they received here.

Fact is - the devs allowed options which wasn't available earlier. It started with province moving and invitations, moved on through sitting and ended up with the white list. Did we needed province moving? No, not really. Did we need sitting? Uhm... if you can't play the game, you can't play the game, period. You put your prov in VM and that's it, your kingdom will HAVE to adjust their strategy accordingly. These two factors made it so people ask to be able to play with their roomies, partners, husbands/wifes, friends in the same building/area, computer caffes, etc.... Then the devs or whoever it was came with the idea to allow people to interact with no control over their list (as far as I know). However, this white list allowed old timers to get back to the game and play legally with their couples and friends.

I don't care about any ownership changes of the game and what is whoevers' legacy, the end user should never feel the difference. If the devs didn't want to have the whitelist in first place, they should have never started it, or should have removed it when they acquired the game.

Anyways, people changes, games changes, heck, the world changes every second - we have to live with it. Some people will quit, some people will find a way to avoid these "interactions", some kingdoms will have to adjust their strategy. That's that. Live goes on. Beer in Ireland haven't disappeared. While you argue in these forums, the devs drinks beer and laughs at your efforts to get something "oh, so important" changed. Ditch that and find solution for yourself. I did.

Time to close the thread now. And by the way - when do we get the tick fixed?

The amount of people is minimal and the new meassures is valueable to the game.

So they should stop trying out features that makes the game more enjoyable for more people? It was obviously tried out and in the end it wasnt worth the amount of work it yielded.

Part of you "fun" is (as someone else mentioned in other thread) because of the amount of people in the game. There are more and more kingdoms with one or two players. Kingdoms are dying because of new "measures" which are "valuable" to the game. Great! Go have fun with 40 islands with 2 kingdoms in each.

As I said - I found solution for myself. So this thing does not concern me anymore. It's sad how people are thinking for their own asses and doesn't care a bit about what the rest of the people are thinking. People which can't see any further then their nose....

Defections into and out of low prov kds has absolutely nothing to do with this. There are not new kingdoms being created unless the rest are relatively full, and the player count is not dropping.

You are right. The player count is actually slowly rising. This is puzzling me because I thought this measure was supposed to get rid of cheaters. It appears the opposite is being achieved.

I expected the cheaters who abandoned their multis to outnumber the new players who signed up.

I think you need to remove this new "feature". It causes issues for legit people that you cannot ignore, e.g. People from the same country can't interact.
At least I suggest you put it to a vote.
