I already heard of players creating new provinces in ghetto's, and they enjoy to run two provs, even help the ghetto's a bit. So yeah, that there are more provs now is logical, there is no risk to creating a second account anymore. I don't think it's bad for the game, more provs is good, who cares that they are ran by the same person, as long as the provinces can't work together it shouldn't be an issue. And while i don't expect it'll ever be said that increasing the province count was one of the goals of this change, i think it'd be naive not to have taken that into account (as a positive effect) when changing the ant-cheat system.

They cant interact? Um what do you think the second province is for? Its called a farm.

So everyone that dont share your view on things is trolling? I guess thats just a easy way for you to disregard what other people say "THey must be trolls..." ok..I'll type real slow so you can understand. You do not play the game. None of the changes happening pertain to you. You are the one that said you had better things to do, not me. Its talk not type, the spee of your typing has no relevance. The changes dont affect most people playing utopia doesnt say they dont have a right an opinion. If you read my post where i stated that it said I have better things to do than play the game not voice my opinion in the forum. I havent insulted you and i never called someone *****ers (which isnt even a word) and whiners, i said people ***** and whine there is a difference you know. No I said there isnt any fullproof way of proving that you do actually have a partner or that you play with a sibling a flatmate etc. So, until you provided proof that you have a wife i will call you a troll then. Just cause one doesnt play doesnt mean they dont have a opinion or isnt interested in the well being of the game.

I have a legitimate question for Bishop that I need a bit of clarification on.

I have 2 people in my KD that both access Utopia from their cell phones from the same service provider. One is phone-only and the other is pc and phone. If the guy with the pc makes a hit or does an op from his pc, will it still block the person on the phone from making hits/ops on the same person or will she be able to still attack so long as the op/attack from the PC guy's account wasn't sent from the same IP address? I need to know this for planning purposes as my KD plans to be in war sometime tomorrow.

You would think that with this "New" system on hand that cheaters would delete their useless accounts yet I haven't seen a drop off in the number of provinces in the game. Before this started there was a number of 7100 total players and current is 7124.

Looking at this from a pure numbers thing, this as I said before hasn't done a thing except call all whitelisters cheaters because they had the opportunity to do it. Not that they were cheating because there wasn't any proof of that but they had the opportunity to do it so they were cheating!!!

Just saying.

The ip that interacts is logged, so no - they wouldn't be blocked.

Why would you think cheaters go to the trouble of deleting their accounts? They let them go inactive.

We have seen a 40% decrease in reports of interactions since the system went live. If you are going to ROFLMAO try and ensure you know what you are talking about.
