Allow food to be sent with armies to reduce troop losses by 1% for every 10 food sent per troop. Healthier troops die less.
Lets people use up stockpiles and makes it worth Shepherds running more than 2% Farms.
Make it so you must send at least 1 bushel per troop, or suffer 10% increased losses. Makes starving a province much more potent and again food more useful.
it does VT2, its purpose is to sit there to be stolen by thieves running fewer farms.
Go back to land based gains instead of NW based
Orcs also need help in the t/m defence area. The 6 def spec will free up soldiers for higher tpa.

You can't just give monarchs flat out control of an inactive prov.
What you could do is mimic the "allow monarch to take control of my prov for trading purposes only" function. If an acct is inactive for 10 days (which should be shortened to 5 or 7 imo), don't delete it. Give the monarch the option of trading someone else into it (as long as the monarch as a trade code to use).
Also, please fix the bugs in the trading system and make the UI less confusing!
Elf really, really needs its 6/5 back.
Lowering the price of the elite further won't make up for the loss of the 6/5.
One more sug: make MS accessible to all races and personalities again.
It's a valuable spell for wars and one of the few things that's truly useful against unbreakables. It's really obnoxious that you're forced to run a couple of mystics just to get access to it. Especially since running only 2 or 3 mystics just puts a big "MASSACRE ME" sign on those provs.
I can't remember what the reasoning was for making it mystic only in the first place.

Make Plunders capture soldiers as Prisoners at the same rate it takes GC. Would make higher dungeons fillable OOW and would make them worthwhile along with the increase % troop losses I suggested earlier, letting people run up to 10% or so for reasonable benefits.
The reason for making it exclusive to mystic was to make mystic useful, and open up A/M to all races. Normally, anyone who wanted meteors had to play faery or elf, but switching meteors to mystic changed that.
I don't much mind, but mystic could make do with +1 mana-regen, and elf is overloaded with bonuses, anyway.
The turtle-power of 6/5 is not nearly as important as having the power to start out wars with lots of elites, and slowly replacing them with archers, all made from credits earned by hitting.
Elf is frailer this age than the last, but easier to maintain for new players.
Then again, all the new players play their elves like T/M's, anyway.
Make gnome 5/3, so I won't have to look at another all-elite n00b ever again.

moving +1 mana to mystic i suggested before, but removing it from elf would be interesting!
but as i said in another post, we have delf with +1 stealth and rogue with +1 stealth, currently elf with +1 mana, but no personality with +1 mana! so id love to see mystic get +1 and as suggested either remove from elf, but give it to another race...or let them keep it?!
