As an a/m run 30/35% guilds OOW to keep ur wpa up to a decent 4 or 5 raw wpa (depending upon your pop)
during war,
7% farms
20% guilds
18% towers
17% TG
10% rax
13% WT (to stop AW's/NS's)
15% banks
I wouldnt run GS unless your whole kd runs it. If u want to run it then lower WT/Bank/TG amount and put in 10% GS.
or if u have problem with your time, and can not attack frequently and dont need the rax then put them towards homes.
Keep like 7.5~8 dspa, and 7.5~8 epa, 2-2.5 Tpa. You should get like 40 dpa army out, 65~70 opa and with CS and WT and 2+ tpa safe enough from most thieves. And your economy will be sufficient enough.
P.s. WPA eats up BE/pop so I would pump heavily into Pop sci and Magic sci and then BE sci. :)

and as you keep on pumping science up increase dspa/epa/wpa/tpa respectively and u will end up with very good numbers.
Is your TG Training Grounds or Theives Guilds? I am supposing Training Grounds.

This is just from my experience that TD below 3 Raw tpa is rather useless. :) it seems most effective with 3+ raw tpa and some good thivery sci. But as you are an A/m, running 3 tpa with out good sci and 4 wpa will not be efficient in my opinion so WT's :) perhaps once u have good amount of honour and sci you can try with TD and 3 raw tpa.

Agreed, 20% guilds is way overkill in war, especially since elves already have to sacrifice so many acres for towers. If you want to be serious about attacking as well, try dumping some of those guilds into hospitals or your elite losses will be brutal.
Also, based on my experience as a non-mystic elf a/m this age, 30-35% guilds oow is often not enough. Most wars will result is a significant drop in wpa via ops against you or growth in acres. Without the mystic guild bonus, trying to catch up is brutal.

He mentioned he wanted a start that focuses on mage part a lot.... this will be good cause if he goes land fat he can still pump up wpa quickly... and he is cleric so he wont need hospitals. :)
I am considering running 25% Guilds as a Mystic next age.
