Too bad we'll never see the AMA vs CR or AMA vs Pyro war. It would have been one for the history books. Sadly 2 kingdoms are never the same from one age to the next due to player shifting, ages off, race/personality changes etc. Next age's wars will be completely different kingdoms and circumstances and impossible to compare to what may have come from the same conflicts this age.

Anri what did you gain/achieve out of this GB?
My PoV: Deal-breaking rallies kingdoms. They work together to 'punish' the deal-breakers so they do not profit. Deal-breakers in this case got 8 provinces PK'ed and lost several thousands acres of land. This is much 'better' than the scenario where they had been 'allowed' to keep the land they got and potentially have gotten the attractive kd land/nw crown.
The final deal wasn't as harsh as some could have hoped -- but I think it's good a deal was made, which does not leave the AMA (deal-breakers) totally destroyed and without a goal besides revenge. The point (as I understood it) pyro advocated -- was that it's not right to put a kd in 25 greens, just because they will not accept the 'rule' of the others. While I disagree with pyro that AMA had been dealt enough of a 'punishment' at the time they left the group, I agree with the sentiment.
There were two solutions in the end.
1) De-escalate the conflict -- accept a less harsh 'ending'.
2) Escalate the conflict -- continue to force a harsher 'deal' on AMA.
I'm fine with 1) -- it also leaves CR to war Pyro later, but I understand why some could have wanted a harsher ending, to set a clearer signal that deal-breaking is bad and will be punished as hard as possible.
In the course of these days, I have seen very admirable acts from the kingdoms involved and I've been confirmed that there is a strong will in the top of utopia to prevent ****play. I know this has been an issue for AMA as well and what was a contributing factor to their deal-break. While I do not on any level think their deal-break was warranted, I can understand where they come from / what motivated them.
From all this I hope that we build on the foundation to prevent ****-play and we start respecting each other more -- and have good wararar! While I do hope that some degree 'trash' talk on the forums still will occur, since it is part of the utopia-drama ;-)
I have one main problem with munk post and all this GB. All involved kds have done many ****s play past few ages and none get punished. AMA play most fair and honorable in top every age and moment when decide to return **** play with **** play got GBed from kds **** play every age.
and btw:
1. i dont support deal break too its bad. Its have hurt many times us.
2. Havoc share same guilty with AMA for all this situation and Drixx share double more guilty for not really try to solve it with Diplomatic before GB start. For his short time lead kd 4 ages he is involved in 2 GBs. Really bad statistic for new leader.

Stopped a KD filled of players that voted to dealbreak another KD, hopefully restored a bit of credibility to the crown race of this age. Also in big hopes that dealbreaks will be frowned upon on this server. Simians had absolutely nothing to gain out of this. We had CFs in the top ranging from yr10 til EoA. We took ourselfs out of a science pump on rushed/extreme science and began first to convert over when we started our hits. We went into this with our hearts first for something we beleive in. We could have choose to TM hit and grow, we chould have choosed to not end the pump, we could have choosed to whore and wave down to grow because it was the perfect oppertunity for it. Basicly simians went into the conflict with hopes that it has some kind of effect on the server for future ages. It remains to see if all our efforts was for nothing. I know first hand how destructive GBs can be and i have no doubt that AMA will carry on its legacy of being one of the most outstanding KDs on the server, maybe the best. Hopefully not only AMA but more kds will understand that ****play will not be worth. I have no doubts this is not the last ****play we have seen and no matter what kd that ****plays we will try to put aside our agenda and personal feelings to help out.
It does not matter if the KD goes by the name of AMA, CR, pew, Pyro or anyone else. If i would screw up or someone in my council and Simians would be subject to a GB then i hope you strike us down hard and without mercy like it should be done for the best of this game. I might be the last man standing after giving GBs and receving GBs and despite what you might think, i know a little something about this. I am willing to walk thru hard times to achieve something that might just in the end of the day make this game just a bit better.
I know many will trash me for this post and to those i can only say, beleive what you want. I have not played for 56 ages to have some kind of hidden agenda, what we done and what everyone of my players feel is that we did this for the game of utopia. Player base can never grow with events that happend the last couple of ages. People really hates all the ****play that has been going on across the server and if everyone had a bit more heart into this then just maybe it could have ended quicker and a solution could have been resolved quicker. I still hope and think we can sitt down with most of the top KDs and agree to some very simple rules and that we all can try to come together to stop ****play against the borders.
Upholding terms and more fair play is insanly important if we want to keep playing this game for some ages more.
With that said, i think next to everyone gave and returned ****play in the top and i think its time for it to end. I am sry if AMA feel they got ****played and had to ****play back etc. Its up to them to see it thru and move towards more fair play, we need them on this despite the GB that happend. We cant look back at the previous ages and not even this one.
I said in this thread and in private to Elit and some others best of luck in the future and i got nothing back. So right now i have low hopes but still i have hopes. I will not hesitate to be there for any KD the next time ****play goes to far. I will fight on AMAs side as well if it happens to them. I wish AMA had not gone thru the lengths of this dealbreak and made a deal quicker and ofc never made the ****play at all.

Anri the only reason it took so long to make a deal was the previous deals offered by your side were unacceptably biased. The deal we made in the end was very similar to the deal we offered while in eowcf, the reason you chose not to accept is the reason this continued further.
I too have been victim of ****play just more indirect and less blatant than AMA has experienced past ages but I can understand them because I also lost 2 or more land crowns due to someone shaping charts eoa in a way that would never happen were normal conditions in play. Remember its on everybody to police themselves internally and make sure you dont do something stupid.
Hopefully after this age there will be no more "dibs" to me it is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in all my ages playing. Giving notice does not entitle you to a fight if the kd your noticing has no relations or can end relations with other kingdoms in range, people need to learn that and stop being butthurt about it.
