only race to lose 1 of their main features when entering war is faery losing all magic ops. i don't see humans loosing income and i don't see dwarves loosing BE % boost and undeads don't lose their no off loses so why should faeries loose their access to all magic?

Im ok with UD 0 off losses bonus beign removed on hitting into/out of war. It seems harmonious with what the system is supposed to do anyways, the gains and effectiveness nerfs in and out of war are supposed to make it an unattractive prospect to hit in and out of war. Not impossible, just unattractive, unfortunately there are far too many incentives to hit from war status right now, especially as undead.

you are arguing that getting crap converts is a nerf as if they are some top 15 KD that is gunning for the land crown and needs to grow as fast as possible. YES in that scenario UD's arent very useful in a FW, but people are discussing ABUSE from undeads hitting out of fake wars and not losing any troops, and if a people retal their hit they get RAPED in losses.

bishop, you are denying the fact that a majority UD kd can run into a FW and hit out of it (abuse, because no other race can hit into it without suffering losses that far outweigh the economic gain of hitting into hit)
Your excuse for denying it is that its an overall nerf to UD because it slows their growing process and nerfs their UD conversion, which is negative for a KD going for crowns. (This is true)

Fake war is occuring:
province A: (UD) hits province B outside of their fake war, loses nothing, gains some elites.
province B:(non-UD) hits into the fake war, loses a TON of troops, and the economic losses SEVERLY outweigh any gain he made from that attack.
Take a look at that bishop. Here's the thing, i don't think UD's need a nerf, or this rule needs to be changed... AT ALL.

Your answer SHOULD be... "undeads are not a very good race, and the mechanics behind allowing them to hit out of a fake war are PERFECTLY BALANCED and do not need to be altered"

Sure undead bring problem and its not only for FWr. They can hit in real war for free acres and elites too. Same time if we make them to loss in attack like all other races this can be abused because undead cant buy elites. Maybe decent solution is +25% attack time for undeads hitting in war/oow.

Just to clarify, I hate FW, it's lamest of the lame.
I hate fake wars too... It kills my kingdom's level of activity and it's a complete waste of time - but it's necessary when I need to protect the acres I've gained from someone who is already pumped and intending to vulture.
4 ages back when BiO was all about getting the war win and went 7/7, we had a rule of never running to a FW. Obviously we got vultured to day's end almost after every war we came out of. We were dishing out Ceasefires like it was a X'mas charity giveaway. So to each their own... FW has its uses and no one's right or wrong in using it. If the game had a rule against it they would act upon it and kick every kd that is in a FW out of one regardless of someone reporting the issue or not. But they don't so kds that need it continue to do it.
As for UD's hitting in to and out of fake wars. As long as they're army in/out, it's a nice and easy way to gain some leets at absolutely no additional cost. I did that all the time when I was UD during the last age of Genesis.
