Probability of Getting a New Scientist Each Tick?

Its not x.5%, its a whole number.

Bishop, is there a reason this information isn't just being made available to the public? You guys released the science caps and NW formula at start of age.. why not just release the actual % to us so we can stop speculating.

Since It looked like 2.75% to me, I guess that means the actual is 3%. I don't see it being as low as 2%.

Yeah, i like people to work things out themselves. Its part of what makes the game fun.

Well, no kingdom has hit 3% per tick even with abducted scientists. So it must be 2%.
