If we were talking 10 years ago then yes, there would be major advantages. I have half the people in my KD's phone numbers, the other half I have their email addresses. Half of those people's email messages get delivered directly to their phones nowadays. When my KD gets waved, we send out txts and emails. When we attack, we send txts and emails to t/ms to cast pitfalls, ns, or bg. Communication is so easy these days, its basically like being in the same room with them. I have a KD mate who lives in Indonesia and I live in the US. If he wants to attack and needs a pitfalls cast, he sends me a txt, and halfway across the world I get that msg instantly. I see no advantage that legit couples, roomates, or families have over anyone who cares enough about the game to pick up a phone.
