Stoffi, I think the whole case resides to:

1) We had certain terms and beliefs. As you can see in the log Zauper posted, we had reasons to belief we were getting a retal (aside of the other terms stated on and on).
2) The terms were not filled. Due to the way conversation went, we felt "suckered in to a bad deal". Because of that, we called the deal off.
3) In our eyes, because the terms were never filled, it was justified to break the deal / it was never final (meet the terms, then it's final, y'know)
4) There was never talk of a minimum wait time after a break. That's why Zauper hit shortly after breaking.

You can call it whatever you want, but ^ is the proces.

There was never any formally agreed time, no, Mr Caid. But in alliance agreements it is customary for a notice period to be given, hence my asking zauper to wait off on hitting. Whatever his personal feelings, I try to abide by the unwritten rules of such agreements. Given how things turned out, I can understand why Zauper decided to disregard my request in that area, but that doesn't make it any more right that he did so

It still ticks people off rather you do it right away or wait 2 days.
