I also think it counts more because it radically changes the game dynamics. Well most of the orcs have already received 5-10 million in aid. Maybe another 5-10 will keep em in the running.

Tons of people have RL issues, and they are ofc more important than a game.
I'm almost certain that you would have got your time unless you started doing ops and attacks in the EOW time.
I'm not 100 % sure about the chain of the events but I don't think I'm far off either.
