The vitriol spewed in this thread prior to him deleting posts was incredibly over-the-top. People accused him of all sorts of things and used vile language. I can imagine 99% of the people here would have broken sooner.

And, the two players in question are obviously guilty on top of it all. There's no way that within hours of being deleted and while allegedly trying to get their stuff back an innocent person buys moves (which is conceding defeat). People need to use some common sense here. And don't give me the nonsense that rules state there won't be returns. Anyone who has been wrongly accused of something doesn't give in that easily.

And now I'm expected to believe that Bishop has been fabricating evidence when Jesters has been lying and making up phony conspiracy theories since the beginning?

These threads always end like this. I probably should have just stayed away, people will always refuse to believe what I say and fabricate stuff, such as me playing in a certain kd etc or me making logs up.

FYI, if people insult me on irc they are in for a hell of a surprise if you think I won't respond in kind. There are no restrictions on my natural kindness there.

And we judge from selected posts in this thread Jesters is filled with a bunch of spoiled brats that apparently always got what they wanted until Bishop showed. Since being spoiled brats they responded in the only way they know that is insulting and making up things to make themselves feel better.

If it wasn't fabricated the screen shot would just have been insta uploaded and this whole thing would've been crushed in seconds. I mean cmon... isn't it obvious that typing out some numbers in a box would lead to them being questioning. If you're wrongly accused at least give 2, 3 days before accepting defeat. Conceding within a few hours screams guilt to anyone with a hint of objectivity.

You don't have any proof that it's fabricated. I think this couple is actually just one guy. I mean I haven't seen a single proof that it's two people to begin with. Hell I haven't seen that there is more than one person in Jesters. One person probably xlogging the whole kd. Catch my drift?

Im smart enough that I know I should behave towards the person I want something from. Not calling him names and repeatedly accuse him of playing in the enemy kd even though people have repeatedly told that it's not the case.

There's nothing to hide from posting the screenshot. I'm sure any sensitive information can just be blanked out via paint editing. This is a serious situation, people have been accused of cheating. That's a big deal. The authenticity of proof should match the seriousness of the accusation.

In law, in the country I study in anyways, there are situations where proof can't be forced out of someone, in particular in situations of paternity tests. For human rights reasons the court cant physically force a man to undergo a medical test. But if the man refuses to consent to the test, the court can draw adverse assumptions based on the refusal to consent. Surely you can see the relation to our present situation. By denying the release of the screenshot it is you, yourself, that have opened yourself up to accusations and casting doubt on the situation.

This isn't public court, this is a private business with private assets, private procedures and an obvious requirement to keep detection methods out of the eyes of potential cheaters.

A screenshot will expose some of our detection methods, I am not going to do that. This is standard across the gaming industry.

In this situation Bishop is not the court, he is the prosecutor presenting evidence of cheating. The public 3rd parties are the court.

The decision impacts me little. I just came here to say it is two people who live in the same house hold. I stated why its funny that this all happened even though these two have already notified support they lived in the same home with the same IP (this is an assumption on my part as they stated this years ago) and did this for years then all of a sudden this cluster **** of a thread has happened.

The "guilty party" says they never log onto each-other devices and Bishop says they do. We will never know what really happened as Bishop won't post the proof here (I honestly can't blame him, I wouldn't either). Everyone says just use different devices yet the "guilty individuals" keep stating they don't or at least not as frequently as the informal logs Bishop provided. I've played with them for years and have seen other posts from people who played with them from other KD, these are good people just trying to enjoy the game.

I wouldn't be surprised if they was some accidental logging in over time but not as much that has been "proven", this leads me to believe the methods to track xlogging/same tech on same IP isn't doing what it is supposed to be doing. I think the real issue is can we all actually prove and work together that couples or friends living in the same dwelling can play this game or not. Do it out of the forums ofc.

I could care less how this all roles out, but all this thread does is reinforce my reasoning not to play any more. Toxic community and too much politics.
