Whether or not they were cheating the system needs a tweak to at least confirm that they were deleted as apposed to being "bugged" out of the kd.
Whit the dozens of bugs in the game it is very believable that someone could vanish as a result of a bug.
So I think it would be prudent to have a message of some sort sent to them to confirm they were deleted for cheating.

Yar ... something that goes along the line such as this: The province of abc(12:34) has been sentenced to death for treason. Should a mass deletion occur, we can clearly label that kd as cheaters permanently.
In this case i was told, by Brian, that they were deleted for cheating.
i do not know why they did not reply, i can only pass on information i am given.
and you like to pick and choose what information you forward on to them.
As much as i detest sinners, they deserve to be able to challenge the deletions...
