i think they are pretty boring to be honest....
why would the orcs need a 6/0 off spec? they got the 8/3 leet. would it have been more benficial to give them an economic advantage? or to reduce the nw of the leet to make them more powerful attackers for their size?

Both those came about because Catwalk whined for them, and OMAC loves him so much they listen to him over anyone else - the game itself be damned.

VT2 is always putting them down so we all get a chance to see whenever we come to the forums that he is instrumental in getting things done!!! Even if they are not of great advantage to the rest of us!!

vt2 is just an attention whore. he might have good points here and there, i wont doubt that, but these forums are still for constructive ideas, not to sit there and whine and mope about ppl so called whining and moping. less flaming more good ideas or go home like i said.

Do they mean a learn will take 25% of the target's books?
If so there is no point spending the age making it. Waste of time. It will kill science as part of the game. Just have a small amount a basic increases on a few parts then stop spending on it. If one hit will take 25% of what you took all age building up.

No, 25% increase from what it was before.
For learn attack: i guess it's 25% more than at the moment. But anyway there are buildings to protect your sciences.
Otherwise I understand they want to protect orcs from ambush cause their 30% gain bonus is useless without that. But it's maybe better to improve a spell like anonymity for them(orcs don't care about honor anyway) or give them war spoils.
Or simply immune the 30% gain bonus for the ambush acres gain? I mean if you grab 100 acres with another race, the victim take back 50 with ambush ; for an orc it means you grab 130 acres normally, if ambushed, they keep 80 acres instead of 65 at the moment.

attacks oop and maintaining an offense during war.
Ideally through plunders oow you as an orc will enter war with all elites trained....however after several attacks in war and due to the lack of funds training your soldiers into off specs will allow a good offense and a discounted price.
without a very supportive kingdom an orc will not normally be able to maintain through war now with the proposed changes they at least have a shot....
The only salvation for orc is free draft, so it has cash over to build the land it brings in constantly, and soldiers that it can use the free unit credits for.
Free draft got nerfed since draft costs are crazy low now.
War changes were pretty good but...
The Gnomes already sucked! Y try to make them suck more. Cheap elites are just not worth it if they are too weak.

im going to go human war hero A\T next age since in my kingdom its mandatory we go hybrid(yay). since we use a very complicatewd and top secret stratagy (teehee) it will help with thsoe 25% more enemy caualties but I THINK THEY SHOULD UNNERF THE DRAGONS
seriously we pay way to much for dragons right now, for what they do.
the effects of each dragon needs to be boosted.
example...: ruby dragon lowers enemy military eff 8% they raise their pay rate and its gone, make it 15% its a nicer chunk.
also loss of 20% of new draftees? why not just kill the soilders specs leets ect... they already have?
and why not bring avian back, give them the meteors, give mystic their 2x guild eff, and maybe a uber new spell volcano that kills anyone that makes me angry?

but i suppose its okay because for a while everyone was a gnome A\T when they had quickfeet :\

dark elves i think its good they got nerfed but their fixing the orc, got bad. the off spec being more afordable in war doesnt much make up for its nerfin, a cheaper elite with the same stats, and a lower nw would have been a much nicer update.

i am still waiting for avians and undead come back, hopefully they are working on bringing those 2 races in to the coming ages

I prefer 0/6 def specs than 6/0 off specs, almost all orc player only attack with elites, making better off specs will only make it very very very little better. Seriously, orc needs more boosts, it's the least used race this age!!

the DE might have been made more pwoerful with these changes, the 15% less losses when attacked, with guard stations could make it very easy to run very low defense and not lose too much land\pezzies w\e in a war ect. they can then have moe units designated to offense....
bringing that up.... what they should have done was nerf the attack power(like they did) and then given them like+10% pezzie births or somthing...
in my mind, they are all female.
now they went and changed it, i suppose the orc upgrades are good id go orc war hero if i was going to do it since those credits buy leets now, might as well get more... that is a good update i think...
and the improved defensive specalist is more fo what they needed. now i am indeed considering to play orc this age... conflicted between human and orc now... question is can i make orc a good theif, as i need to play a hybrid and dont much like making towers as well as guilds.
