Bad Intentions recruiting - top 100 plan

We finished age 55 in the top 50 for KD NW charts. In age 56 we expect to do even better. At the time of writing this we're in the top 25 KDs for NW.

We're a growth KD focussed on creating a fun and supportive team environment where individual goals are encouraged. We aim to get every one of our players into the top 100 NW chart of their individual race, and as many as possible into the top 100 overall for NW. We like celebrating each others achievements and we don't cap anybody's growth here. There's a small cheer that goes up in a handful of homes in Canada, Singapore, the States and some sunny homes in Europe every time one of our provinces meets a personal growth goal, enters the charts or breaks 1M NW.

We're all here to have fun in the game and we don't expect people to set alarm clocks or to provide their phone numbers. We are all adults with real world lives and we understand that those things come first and this game is supposed to be a challenging distraction, not a way of life. We all have "the bug" and we're highly active but we do that when our schedules allow. For these reasons we also avoid wars, because they usually don't serve our growth goals and it requires a level of activity and work that isn't always available to us.

We've started age 56 with a full team but inevitably a position or two will open up as the days go by. Post here or PM me if you'd like to start chatting.

winning war / wave help u grow...not explore..

Halfling is one of the races we would favour depending on what happens in the changes of course. We are open to having our recruits play any race/personality combo so long as they can explain why they think it would be a good growth option - and it can't rely on the explore pool obviously.

Note that we will rarely war or wave, we almost exclusively work off of random grabs.

We are are a very strong kingdom looking to make a push into the very elite. We have a very active kingdom full of great and knowledgeable players.We are looking for some top players to fill out our lineup so that we can become a super kingdom on top of the charts.

We are also a rather fun bunch to hang out with :)

What are your kingdom's aspirations?

We plan to solidify the really strong team we've pulled together this year. We want to see every player achieve the top 100 for their race next age. Mostly we're a relaxed group who don't want to sacrifice real life to set an alarm at 3AM, or have text messages coming through in business meetings or in the middle of the night because we're getting waved. But we're all good players who like to help each other out and we enjoy celebrating each others wins. We only set kingdom goals for a bit of added fun, this age we moved from #320 KD for NW to top 50 and beat 11.5M NW overall (our goal was top 100 and at least 6.5M NW). Next age I expect we'll manage the top 25.

Guys we're full now for the next age but we'd like to keep talking to interested players - we expect that positions may open up over the next couple weeks so it would be good to be able to call on you when that happens.

Your goals are rather contradicting. You say that you aim for top 25, and one of your members stated that you are trying to become a superkd - but you also claim to be laid back and not want to war. I hate to break it to you, but the bigger you guys get, the more you will get farmed out in the top if you cannot war properly. If you cannot war, then please stay out of the top.

Also, how did you come up with your kingdom name? There have been past kingdoms with similar if not the same name. Perhaps a little originality...

Hi Chuck, we don't have aims to be a super KD, that was what one of my excited KD mates said, we only aim to do better in the charts each age. our main goal is to create a supportive KD environment so that individual provinces have a good chance to get into their race charts. We'd like to get into top 25 but our focus is on individual success, not KD goals. I have no doubt that we'll get smacked around here and there, that's just part of the game I just happen to prefer out of war growth and so do most of my KD. So we aim to do more of what we enjoy. As for the KD name I don't get too caught up in that kind of stuff.

Yeah, as long as you stick to the few ground rules laid down, we're a really nice bunch. Got a decent start, really, and we aim to go pretty far :)
No need to set the alarm for 3 AM; just be active, make solid and sensible hits and grow with the rest of us.

If you like discussing strategy and numbers, we have some people who enjoy that.

Personally I've had a blast of a time in this KD. We exceeded our goals by far last age, and I'm quite confident we'll do very well this age. We are not a super KD, but we're not far from em' ;) We have a very wide mix of players - some new and number crazy people, and some very experienced more layed back type of guys. We're focusing on growth, so if you desire to stay small and war for most of the age, this is not the place for you. If you desire a KD where you can grow free from restrictions on size etc., but with a KD full of likeminded players - this is the place :)

It's a pretty cool place, I've never before had the privilege to be in a KD with smart players who are always willing to learn, yet can follow the decisions set in place by the monarch. Hope to meet you soon!
