when we waved for hostile they were decently larger than us(70k v 90k). I actually thought we were cf'ing until i saw we were in war :P. GL and hf zz.
Don't know.if it's a fw or not. Only.news will tell.. But I don't think cr was ever 70k land at all when they waved. Remembered them to be high 70k.

So far they're able to use the odd nw gaps better. We didn't really expect them to declare so our builds weren't 100% war :/

Also, BB still owed us gc. ZZ had indicated several times they wanted to CF. ZZ also went fort and didnt hit anymore. ZZ stated they wanted to CF. So we took the gc we still got from BB and hit fortified ourselves after that to get some econ back and train up.
Next thing we know ZZ declared.
So anybody else wanna QQ about what happened?

We never stated that we wanted a CF.
Except only msg we sent was a ingame msg asking for cf. we could see that nobody read the msg. so we declared.
(in fairness u read the msg 5min before we declared)
as we got a msg saying yes you could CF us. But then as you wrote that msg, we declared - so it was void.
but it was smart, farm gc while you were hostile with us.
JS, your keeping army home then if your getting hit? Is that the new rule? Your not alowed to hit out if your getting hit?
Filip, you told us you would never war us, you stopped hitting. Your bigs had no targets in NW range. The rest was getting too small to hit up.
You wanna claim now we should just asume you would declare us based on all of the above?

is GBP intended to give you an unfair advantage in a hostile that leads to war?
Normally, if you are eating a wave you send out on whoring targets that can't/wont retal you anyways or bounce intra, not to use your GBP as an advantage in your next hostile/war.

Just to verify, js - your thought is that bb is so friendly with us, they agreed to give us some GC to help us? Robbing ooh is common these days and they owed us some GC from our cf deal still.
I don't think we expected zz to war us, but we waved into full fort. They could have declared out and the gbp would have been useless. I would agree that gbp is a silly mechanic. But it would be ok to random and have them be unable to hit back well because of gbp, but not make a whoring wave? Your distinctions are getting silly.
We waved because there weren't enough hits for us to send out on.
And if you msgd me filip, the answer is that I'm on sitting and inactive atm :p

Cause maximouse refused to extend cf with us till eoacf/or some time later etc. the original cf terms were 48hrs notice and 75-125% land range. You wanted to take honor bonus, pump science and wpa on your acres, then get a landdrop from ama/bb/cr after the pump and go after other high honor KD's.
You told me you would pick honor bonus and get ama and bb to landdrop you before CR could hit you if we refused to agree to your offer.
I told you I thought you were a bunch of hypocrits for wanting the same sort of deal you cried about last age when it was used against you and I told you we wouldnt extend and to do as you wanted.
Why you didnt pick honor, and get dropped by ama and bb after your eowcf (still 48h before we could even hit you) is something I doubt anybody understands. The only thing we screwed for you is that because we refused to extend the CF you couldnt pump wpa and science before landdropping. How our refusal forced you to take acre bonus is something nobody really understands I think.

They had button when CR first wave, and they were ahead by around 17k acres..
Even if they wanted to change buildings or w/e.. doesn't explain why they decide just now to declare into a guaranteed losing war.
Would love to hear the explination aswell. We actualy asked them to war us several times. We were willing to give them time to get in the right builds etc. They refused each time, but declare after a dragged hostile....
Wouldnt call it a guaranteed losing war for them though. They got 4 UB's that got serious tpa and wpa defense, and a crazy amount of mystics and rogues below who seem to get decent succesrates even with a saphire and size diff.
We were in the middle of rebuild when they actualy declared. Doubt anybody besides ZZ saw the declare comming.

We were never over 90k before your war ended - we came oow on 88k and immediately gave AMA 18k.
We were probably around 83k when your war actually ended.
The reason we didn't extend you is because last age you were super upset about taxing, but you wanted to be taxed.
(plus our war targets are limited).
If you really just wanted to drop, no one was preventing you from dropping. The issue you had is you wanted to pump and then drop to artificially make your provs stronger.
Filip, I tried messaging you repeatedly on IRC and you were not online for days(atleast whenever i /whois filip). I messaged your s a few times to see if he wanted to war and he said no. This was when we were 20k smaller than you, so it seems pretty reasonable for us to assume you wouldn't want to war once w were larger than you. When it seemed like you had gone inactive from our side and we had no chance of getting a war we went fort with the intention of cf'ing once you showed up. Once we went fort we used all of our money to switch out of war build and into econ build, so not exactly a great way of prepping.
either way, they are still using their nw spread very effectively, hardly an easy war. Hopefully the trolls can go back to watching their science grow and let the rest of the game attempt to end their boredom in peace.
