A kingdom may only declare war if its target has more than 75% of its nw, and less than 133% of its nw or if the maximum hostility level is reached by both kingdoms. However, a War Win is not rewarded if the kingdoms are out of range at war start.
Mike is Robin now and they pull same sh!t as last age on pandas. Only difference is that this time they have no UB and are way smaller. They intra-razed all attackers so ... to quote "we ruin your crown".

Regardless the fact that most of what you say is based on assumption, even the real facts are wrong. You didn't FG all gold stocks ... else how could one of our cows afford to explore 50%? And why you think the fact that you razed your attackers hurt us or that this entire war is hurting us? What makes you think we are that stupid to fall into a "trap"? We could explore cause our cows had a lot of gc still and that after they aid the kd to train up. They also trained a LOT of elites in 2 days of fort and aid out a lot again. I'm pretty sure all of this could have been avoided if you stuck to 1 hit per day. We would have msged you about eventually though but I'm sure hostilities such as these wouldn't have taken place. Afterall we only started retalling after you gave UF.
Now about what we can do.
We also can do razes and massacres on your faeries and bigger provinces but is there any point to escalate? It's early in the age and I think you have some goals although I may be wrong. I admit we also have some goals at this stage so we are inclined towards achieving a peaceful solution.
I'll start with a proposal: year 13 CF with a 72h notice that cannot be served into hostile/war.
What do you think?

Why are people saying wsk can't gain from this? You know how war stance works right? They're gaining non whoreable acres right now and can pump on bigs. Still is smart move to wd since no ww bonus anyways.
well they aint gaining acres at all, losing 2 full days to their competition... and that is if they wd, meanwhile we pawn them.
the smart move for them is to wd if they want to crown, but will they? according to what they say, they are enjoying this!
the point is, being locked up in war locks them up, their pump and acre growth will always be lower than their competition, just check the rankings
They have a lot more acres with incoming armies and more important acres. Others aren't getting free cow acres. And they're still pumping non core.
Still agree wd once they get the acres funneled up to their top. Then rewhore core and profit.
