Fix Espionage tab, sorting by numerical values.

This should be sorting in numerical order since they are numerical values.

Instead they are sorting by alphabetical order and so it is completely non-functional.

This might be seen as a 'cosmetic' issue but it is not.

I keep bringing this up - only bringing it up now because munk just had a heart attack and so all the SoTs my boys are so dutifully gathering are only visible through the Espionage tab (well at least they aren't completely lost).

I'm only half-heartedly making this suggestion because I never use the espionage tab, only doing so now due to munk death.

yes i use intel sites.. but when i do use espionage that throws me to.

Oh yeah, thanks for also wiping the espionage data lol :P

... that sickening feeling when you have actually motivated complete strangers on the internet to do monotonous tasks for you, only to realize that their efforts are being completely wasted.
