I'm sure it's been talked about many times here before but I don't see a recent thread - can we pretty pretty please have some improvements to ingame mail?
I would love:
- A preview button (does anyone else have as many problems with formatting disappearing as I do?)
- A search function, or at least an option to sort mail by kingdom of origin
- The ability to save drafts
- Folders

this is something the new owners must improve. I agree.
Why not just incorporate Munk/Slack type setup? Communication separates the bigs from the smalls. If everyone had this, kinda helps level the playing field.
There are better ways. For some reason, only the better, older KDs knows this. Munk is used by all Top 20-40 KDs. Not UpoOpu. More and more are using munk integrated with Slack. Why can't Utopia run with Munk and get a full blown KD chat similar to Slack or similar?
I bring it up every round. Nothing. I hate ingame mail, with it's inability to search and categorize. We live in the dark ages here - like rotary phones, the ingame mail system is outdated and frustrates me, as a player, and ex-monarch.
Bump! I just sent a war write up and all the formatting is lost :'(

Although I can't make promises for Age 73. Also, there is already discussion for a better chat system being worked out, communication is key to retaining new players.
I think my biggest grief, this includes KD forums, is when you're writing something up and hit send on the tick xD all is lost and you're sitting there evaluating how important each moment of your short life on earth is worth.

Ingame mail can stand to be improved but to me it's relatively low on the priority list.
I miss the colors you could format with in mail and the forum.
