Some players are sugesting that if you run 0 thieves and 20% WTs people that op you doenst loose thief.
Is that true? You need thieves to kill enemy`s thieves?

It used to be true in the past, it's not true anymore.
On unrelated question, does # of enemy thieves or thievery science affect your gain on sabotage damage / duration on riots?
(Trying to explain why I sometimes get different duration riots on similar sized provs with no WTs).
Number of thieves directly relates to the length of Riot op, ie: more thieves, longer riot.. also number of thieves determines the amount of what they could steal, kidnap or kill.. it is already in the guide and thievery page on angel also calculates the number of thieves needed to be send to get the maximum gains..
Criminal science however only affects your mod TPA...
