We'd love to see this take off. Of the thousands of Utopians, we're pretty sure there's many awesome web designers. We will award 400 credits to whoever has the most popular theme by the end of Age 62 (provided that at least 25 people are using it).
If any themes are massively popular we'll also offer to include them in the built-in list of available themes.
