Were looking for active, experienced players who know and understand the importance of strong communication.

Its pretty simple really.

IRC use is mandatory esp during war, we don't care if you idle 24/7 but active use is a must.
We expect min of 2 log in's per day and full kingdom/player co-operation

We like to war on an every other week schedule.
