Let's try the sledgehammer approach. I suppose it's possible to have an aggressive cache.
1) Open http://calamnet.github.io//theme.css
2) Load that up and hit ctrl+f5.
You should see the following code at the top. The text-align:center; line is what I added in an attempt to fix the chrome issue.
body {
color: #fff;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
background-color: #2d1312;
background-image: url(./images/background.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;font-size: 14px;
text-align: center;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
3) Reload Utopia
I'm tempted at this point to refork it into a new project entirely.

Refreshing the code page did nothing for fixing the cache.

And you still don't see borders?
I'll be honest.....I'm a tad stumped on this.
It works in every browser I have access to, at home, at work and on my phone. Frustrating.
-
You probably already know this, but just incase, did you republish your theme calamity? That was my problem at first, you have to republish after ever time you edit, else it'll only update for yourself and not for others.
-
I oddly haven't, but now I guess that would make sense.
I republished about 2 minutes ago. Hopefully that works for everyone.
If it does, I'll have to remember that any changes I make have to be published, even though I can see them just fine on my end.
-
One of my testers is telling me that he sees a lot of changes, so I'm hoping that re-publishing helps those that are having issues.
A lot of changes went into this prior to my last publish.

**I've also been told that this doesn't play nicely with Utools on Chrome.
-
*Published with a new icon pack - noticed the default icons only seem to play nice on dark background
-
It works for me now. Looks great. Thanks. I'll let you know if I encounter further bugs or have some suggestions.
-
Perfect! Centered, and the new icons are awesome. Love this theme.

*Fixed Royal-Command Paragraph Width causing the under-lapping of the ad
*Fixed the background container for Bookmarks
*Changed the background color of the Kingdom News Legend to match the monarch message and made it prettier
*Changed Prev/Next Links to White on Kingdom News Page
*Fixed Spacing on Kingdoms News Page
*Moved Account Container over 90px to help users with smaller monitors that run Upoopu Plugin.
-
*At-war message on kingdom page is now readable (also bolded)
*Noticed on Chrome - New Message weren't bolding like they were on firefox, temp solution is to turn the colors a bright red to show some distinction.
*Swapped out Dragon and Attack icons
*On Kingdom Page, instead of the text being a different color for the monarch, steward, and protection folk, I changed the background, way more distinct. Legend loses some luster being white, but the tan washes with anything else.
*Moved the Invitation Line for Monarchs into the Province Header
-
I don't notice a difference with the Dragon and Attack icons. The attack icon, as it stands for me, is barely visible. I'm running Firefox. I like the white/gray on the kingdom page, assuming I'm seeing that update correctly (don't remember what it was before), however I would recommend changing the monarch highlight color. The pink washes out into the background. It's still readable, but it hurts the eyes. Also, the Steward is bold, I am bold, but the Monarch is not bold. That probably also contributes to not reading it properly.
-
The attack icon should be a sword bleeding.
The dragon changed slightly to the fiery dragon to something more visible.
Example:

The monarch shouldn't be pink anymore, switched to a Red. The background color behind the text is red, text is white. If not, you are cached.
The steward is that off-brown I've been using, black text.
Protection provinces should be blue w/ white text.

Try, CTRL + F5 and see if that updates everything.
If not, suppose it could be an older version messing with things. I'm running 30.0. What version are you running?
-
*Cleaned up the inbox - colors jive more with the rest of the pages
*Cleaned up the forum - I didn't want to have to do it that way, and I imagine it'll have to be fixed once the devs fix the issue.
