Just look at the race page when we can make provinces, everything is clear there. says same thing about war hero atm.
If it notes it like that on the fancy colory page with all the races i'd say you're right(or horrible writing mistake cause of all the changes), so please all go undeads.
Convert is unchanged, so it's trad only.
