When using the war proposal function, ops/spells which require unfriendly/war relations are locked for minutes after accepting.
Appears server does not recognize war relations for a few minutes, in our case a full 5 minutes. This may extend to other war related bonuses.

yes a fix went out a couple days ago i believe but i haven't been in a position to verify it.

We've been in war for atleast 5 minutes . Both kd pages still show normal relations .

The kd page is still updating every few minutes, but your status ingame with regards to ops, gains etc should be instant
