EOWCF protection to slide out.

Sitting for 96 hours stockpiling and burst training is a great meta for b2b top tier kingdoms. But I want their gold. Let the gains start sliding out:


Suggested timeline:

War result decided: 75% protection continues for 24 hours
24-72 hours: Protection/reduced gains slides down to 50%
72-96 hours: Protection/reduced gains slides down to 25% on last tick


Counter this by adding an eowcf boost to defence:

0-24 hours: 30% increase in defence
24-72 hours: slide out 20%
72-96 hours: slide out to 10% on last tick



Reasoning:

* It keeps the majority of the protection, especially in the earlier days of cf, to promote recovery
* It begins to form somewhat of a compromise between the 72 and 96 versions of eowcf. The last day between 72 and 96 the protections drop faster towards final tick.
* It prevents top kds just coming out ridiculously pumped and keeps a more even playing field for the server.

what about thieving?

If we're proposing things about EOWCF, I would first and foremost get rid of the .plunders command. Look for your own gold, man. Work a bit.
