Next Prof increase sci %

I was reading the "Sci Diminishing Returns" thread in the the strat sub forum.

I was thinking along the lined of the building advisor that tells you what the next 1% in buildings would provide...

Could we not apply that to what % in specific sci catagories the next professor would provide?
