If you have 25 provinces, minimum war bonus is 160 per province. But if you have 23 provinces it's 173 per province.
This bug is why top kingdoms keep 23 to bait ghettos into war - they get more land out of it (once they invite in additional provinces) than a full kingdom would.

its pretty simple, the minimum war bonus is KD land, not prov land. Min war bonus for land is 4k distributed over the KD, not X acres per province... Im not really sure how they get 'more' out of it really though.
bit of an aside here; how about this new science WW bonus... anyone test if schools increases your WW sci bonus yet? I haven't been on so see the sci come in directly but it feel likes 3 days worth of current production levels in each of the three categories of science.
