Starvation Strategy
With the addition of gluttony this age it seemed like the Devs. where attempting to make starvation a more viable strategy to damage your opponent. In previous ages starving some one pretty much required them to be a prime target IE semi-active, short on farms already and in a kingdom that would notice and send food. So for fairly active kingdoms warring similar opponents you typically dismiss starvation except for targets of opportunity because your only other chose to use it would be on a kingdom wide scale which was far too difficult for the margin of reward.
So My question to you all is, do you think that the addition of gluttony makes a kingdom wide starvation war strategy viable? would it be worth the effort if so? if not what steps would you suggest to make it a viable strat for next age?
To me gluttony doesn't really do much to strengthen starvation as a usable strat. Even with a kingdom full of rouges who can keep gluttony up on every enemy province 24/7 and burn farms with all stealth possible i think you struggle to do much damage to an active kingdom able to spread food around through aid. As of right now drought is not really a reliable factor because its too easy to block with NB coverage and the cost to MV off NB Isn't worth the investment kingdom wide. It is also far too easy just to steal large amounts of food from outside the war.

Already made a post on it on another topic.
1. Yes, it makes starvation more viable as it increases damage by ~50% in most cases.
2. No, it's still not a viable strategy all-round. A lot of things have to be right for it to work.
