Okay so... I just mass trained, didn't realize game didn't tick, my armouries were supposed to be in (but weren't because of non-tick) - so am i going to get GC's refunded?

If I don't get some sorta refund because of crappy coding, I'm going to be pretty upset with a war upcoming that I was anticipating those extra GC's for other use.
I really feel as if the level of support has gone downhill - considerably.
It's been 24 hours - no response - either here, bug reports channel or direct in PM's.
Most of the posts here go unanswered - are these actively monitored anymore or nah?
Seems like the forum is largely ignored these days.
