Why shut the game down every tick?
This is the stupidest change I have ever seen and B&S need to be flogged for even suggesting it, let alone implementing it.
So the game is shut down every 5 minutes every tick which is 120 minutes a day which is 2 hours a day.
Ok since the thing goes down for weeks at a time you might think "only 2 hours a day" is pretty good, but it is not.
Mehul had 100,000 players at one point and ticking was instant and there was NO LAG. You can not blame lag after destroying the game and bringing it down to 10,000 players because it was fine with 10 times more players.
In fact you could time the tick on your watch and it would happen exactly when it was supposed to and the server did not lag when it ticked because i've attacked a good 3-4 seconds before the tick many, many times.
