Give full build credits regardless of win or lose

So last 2 wars we won, and I had ample credits to fully switch build once war was over. This time around I found out the hard way that credits are not the same when you WD. So now I'm sitting on 58% barren. I'm on 200 pez and 800 overpop. To top it all off, the land I did manage to build was unis when I meant to do labs.

Teamwork! Ask for aid to build acres, to get peasants up and so on, its harder for the team who loses and for a reason. Idk if it is just me, but full credits for both sides will just promote complacency. Winners get rewards, loser get to lick their wounds. If you want the rewards, you should evolve and get better.
