Learns have lots of sci vanish

I have noticed this the last few times I learn hit. Finally at a computer where I could easily copy base data...

Actual:
30,445 Economy
53,855 Military
21,272 Arcane Arts

= 105,572

121,541 - 105,572 = 15,969 disappeared.


Not to mention the tick just occur and I hadn't invested the sci. so a minimum of 1 tick worth of sci, maybe 2 or 3 ticks that also are unaccounted for. (for my % range below i will use 1 and 2 ticks)

I gain, each tick:
1,400 Economy
1,350 Military
1,450 Arcane Arts
= 4200 (minimum) additional sci unaccounted for after the learn hit.


15,969 + 4,200 = 20,169 (minimum) up to around 24,369 (2 ticks) sci points that are not being brought back from the learn hits. that is 16.5% to 20% of the net sci not returned to the attacker.

Dang i thought i noticed something like this too.

Just had 25k science disappeared on a learn like this.

Its like it says you lose 10% but you actually lose more than 20%.

I believe stolen allocated books cannot be reallocated thus will not show up as unallocated but instead go straight to the type they were in. you only get to allocate the unallocated books that you stole.

yes some books do get allocated in the transfer... but some of your target's previously allocated also become available for allocation again once you get them, i think
