Can Non-Mystic Faery cast Meteor Shower and Chastity?

I know, but isn't it the MS, Chastity are special spell (such as Propaganda, Great Arson and Assassin Wizards)?

when faery was only getting racial spells they didn't receive certain spells. That's whats confusing you. A Faery/Rogue would have both Chastity and MS this round.
