After a war, seeing how science works and what seems effective, this is what I came up with. Yeah, I started the draft pre-age but couldn't finalize because I couldn't decide what fits each race the best in the VK set.
Comments welcome.

Avian: Cleric -A staple for avian especially with bloodlust.
Avian: Cleric
Avian: Cleric
Avian: Heretic -7pt dspec, gp. Plans to harass core with its mages and thieves while picking steadily on chains. High birthrate and heretic wpa to protect peons, thieves to kidnap.
Dwarf: Mystic
Dwarf: Artisan -just in case it's good
Dwarf: Mystic -BE+towers bonus
Elf: Heretic -+1 mana love it
Elf: war hero
Elf: war hero -with support casting, +1 mana, amazing specs this could just get the honor it deserves

Faery: Mystic -want 1 max wpa mystic
Faery: Rogue -I like RM+high wpa
Faery: Rogue
Faery: Artisan -Maybe high wpa and RM can keep peons
Halfling: Heretic -pretends to be both a mystic and rogue
Halfling: Rogue
Halfling: Rogue -Just natural isn't it?
Halfling: Artisan -Homes and income?
Orc: tact - hard hitting, fast, high offense, gains, kills. Won't need rax to keep up with others when chained/opped to hell.
Orc: tact
Orc: tact
Undead: Warrior +1 offense to a 5pt spec is better than any other spec.
Undead: Warrior
Undead: Warrior
Idk where the humans went, I just don't like humans.

Thanks. I'm not right, I just have an opinion.
Humans are weird in that when you run them you're invincible and when you fight them they're the Snarf/7-Zark-7/Wesley Crusher of Utopia.
Dwarf artisan intrigued my economic happy place, I just couldn't waste cleric on nightmare susceptible races. Artisan fits anyone who sucks at casting like a glove.
Work Edit: I'm running out of time, but I'll be back.
I agree Orc Tac is a superior combatant. I went Avian for assault and more reliable intel. The reason I skipped Avian for cleric is my esoteric mana/rune utilization OCD: see GP.
I like that Halfer Artisan for the love of economy and Elf War Hero because of the Pitfalls reliability anxt I suffer.

An immediate option is to move the divisions to different time zones. While plague is part of the game I like to isolate unintentional splash-back by linking cleric and undead objectives. The Asian community could easily argue the Americans are too whiny and lazy to properly execute a spearhead, but I think we can do it.
