I have 3 times the TPA and still cannot break.
What is yours and theirs NW, your TPA, theirs, the sciences, war stances.
you need to answer all these before you will get a reply
Also what ops you are attempting, what you are sending, does the enemy have watchtowers, the more information you provide the better.
you have like 1 out of the 10 or so details we need. Apart from that thievery has been fine for the last few ages and is unchanged this age. Please provide proper evidence or i'm just going to close this.
I'm not doing this to be harsh but tbh i'm seeing loads of bug reports that have little to no proof and are just wasting time.
