New ops/spells news and meter

By showing the ops news for Monarch and Stews

The Gluttony spell and GA Farms, Rob food ops during opponents' bed time
are being less effective or useless now..
correct?

because people can tell which offline provs are being starved.

Please find a better way to overcome this clashing between profit making of developers and gaming experience of players

It shows only what your own KD is doing(I'm a steward). It's located in politics menu so nobody can get snatch news on it. It shows only meter movements(i.e. doesn't show intra KD ops therefore I think it won't show any ops during war - haven't been in a war yet).
