Steward bug, 2 players split the duties?

Hi there, it seems that the person I made steward only can moderate the forum, and for some reason the person in the slot below him can see the hositility meter and the inactives while he can't?

Tried re-making him the steward and no difference. Thanks for any help.

I didnt realize stewards could see the hostility meter without buying it

They cant. Only monarch can see hostility meter.

I do not see any issue with either of the provinces you mentioned.
