might as well slum it and not care too much. this is going to be a dreadful age to play for any goal.
Best utopian experience is to rotate between different charts and play all fields/levels with different setups. Most fun and best longlivity. Go for whoring one age, do some warring the next, FSU the next, chill another age then get back to honor and back to whoring again. This also makes the players better overall. They learn most aspects of the game and get to try new roles. Shuffle a stubborn t/m over to attacker for once, maybe they learn something new. Have fun!
Impossible to pick anything else but teamwork in this poll. Because with teamwork you can do what you want and feel like.

Teamwork by default. If you manage that as a KD you can do any of the other things above as a result. And without teamwork, you can forget any of the other things suggested aswell as a KD.
