Sent Dragon Health Meter

Think the title says it all...

But if you send a dragon it is the equivalent of a troop your kingdom trained and you should be able to monitor it's health or presence almost like an army sent out and not yet returned.

Options could include include historically dragons sent over the age (type, total GC contribution), lifespan, province contributions to each dragon (viewable only by kingdom), as well as list of all active dragons, their current health, total health and ##:##
