Adbuct gains are bad enough already, I like the RP aspect, but it would just be ridiculous, you could grab 20+ scientists in one go with that. I would only be on board for this if science was changed to research notes instead of scientists. You gain scientists as similar to now, but instead of gaining experience, they write research notes, and you can steal the notes with an attack. I think with some tweaking it could make science much more stable and fair. You would probably have to slow the spawn speed and change it so that something like 10 scientists with full notes would hit the soft-cap, it would take about 2 weeks for a new scientist to accomplish this, and labs increase the speed of their research. Universities would protect them, but at a cap of about 50%.

Ya I saw you suggest this before, I think its a fair enough idea. Change the Tick of Experience to Research Notes. Recruits must write 6 notes to become Novice, etc, works the same as now, 1 note per Utopia day, and abducts steal X% of all notes.
