Hacking over the weekend

We have now completed our investigations into the issue of the weekend's hacking problem, and in the light of this our security measures have been updated and we have changed our login algorithms.

Further to this, we would advise players to be cautious in the 3rd party tools they use, and the programs they allow access their data. Also, as a general rule, players should choose secure passwords that are a random combination of numbers, letters, and symbols. If you feel your password is not strong enough, we would advise you to change it.


If you have been affected by this and your province has been moved by third parties, please mail support with a concise report of the details and we will look into your case. Please note that from now on, we will not be prepared to reinstate players hacked via 3rd party proxy login services.
