Remove the duration protection and add storms & droughts to the instant portion with plague in a chance to remove. I think this would be beneficial in promoting more interaction and opening up more strategies.

And increases activity burden on attackers to remove those spells, not to mention the increased rune and mana burden because of randomness factor.

Is resource production really that hard in the game now… or even the way I suggested plus a mystic aura effect specific specific to storms and droughts would be an improvement.
