Riots on a War Hero

Hey there,

So my little prov is a Undead/War Hero...and I currently have this displayed "Riots restrict our ability to collect taxes (Estimated: 6 days more)."

It also coincides with a slight drop in income..

It displays but doesn't affect your province.

Same as it says on provinces who are immune to plague but can still show to. Have it . Gives no effects

And yet war heroes, immune to dragons, don't receive any indication they've got a dragon.

Yeah, it's a strange quirk...I'll have a look into the code that displays this to see if we can have it removed. It only seems to add unnecessary confusion.
