Mechanics/QoL:
-Mana and Stealth usable to 0%. 10% nerf to global spell/op damage.
-Dragons worth 10 meter points.
-Dragons sent from EoWCF weakened.
-Minimum meter decay to 3 points.
-TBD: Steal War Horses unfriendly Op.
-War Score does not update on declare.
-Out of range wars don't update War Score (only wars/wins are updated).
-War range reduced to 83.34%-120% or even 86.95%-115%.
-Surrendering via forced cease-fire in range incurs a ~3% honor loss for the defending kingdom.
-War tiers removed.
-War win science bonus reduced to 48h.
-Learn captures books in War, at -50% gains.
-Laboratories max effect capped at 100%.
-Remove Universities, Guard Stations gain science protection.
-Schools effect reduced, but grants bonus generation to all categories.
-Display 2nd decimal for Scientist Generation, 3rd decimal for Science Effects.
-Add [Max] button for science allocation.
-Radio button selection on Wizards page that stops/allows Support spells.
-Target kingdom fields, Select target and Spell/Op selection fields drop down menus visible under 10% Stealth/Mana.
-Current training time displayed on military page.
-Current ritual efficiency shown on Cast Ritual page for everyone.

I think I praised some of your changes in Discord but because stuff gets lost and I've got time to elaborate:
Avian-I've heard people mention how rough +15% Casualties for Avian was this age, and after 3 days your worthless. Maybe lower this or remove altogether and adjust benefits accordingly if necessary.
Dwarf-I've been wanting to see something different with them and from the guide's flavor I proposed -10% military casualties for them. Maybe reduce the +BE% to compensate and give increased wages to them?
Elf-I like what others said that casting spells on kingdom members be a personality, not a race thing. Otherwise I like the extra mana and d-spec.
Fae- -10% is gonna hurt but maybe it would be the fix the race needs to not be as good as it was for others (def not this guy)
Halfer-I think halfers puttered out, at least in our kingdom they did, late age. So without hossies, late age 600gc leets might be hard to manage their econ
Human, Orc, Undead :thumbsup:
The personalities I think are well done too, but not as much as scaling specs to 5 strength. :-)
