Explore gc cost is a non-integer. This is fine, but it shows truncated so it'll show as 400 when you actually have 400.9 gold explore cost.
It needs to be rounded up. Either ROUND(cost+0.5) or TRUNC(cost + 0.99999) or CEIL(cost).
