Just get a very high wpa and see it's all useless...
pretty much like last age. this age might even be worse though but it seems to depend on tick somehow....
Some ticks I spend 6 or more casts just to get FL or MP. others it just works fine and even a paradise has no trouble.

ah, I have big problems with combat spells. I dont know exactly if war effects dont work as they should for magic.. but most likely I belive it's general thing. You can have as much mod wpa as you want and you will still fail spells like NM, MS on provs with low wpa.
Anyway, hope it will go on the top of priorities because it's just modifies the game play a lot. (Spaces between prov name and location can be made later ... ) Thanks.

same reason you can sometimes get it on in one go with 5% guilds.
all i see here is a general post about spells being hard - no-one has concrete data?

ok..here is my problem also: I'm DE/mistic with 6 wpa raw, 45% magic sci and we fight a kingdom with dwarfs and avians. No mistics there. Not only that i fail 90% of my spells on them in war, while in unfriendly and hostile i had no problems casting spells on all of them, but, i got fireballed by a dwarf/artisan after some fails. And that dwarf was not chained or smth! And i had Magic Shield ON!
Don't tell me he has better magic then me, because it can't!!!
I repeat...in unfriendly and war i casted MS on all their provs, and in war i can't do nothing...i'm useless with 6 wpa raw!
and..perhaps this is the problem, i quote from guide:

i think you guys shoulda played elf im sitting on 92% succsess rate and i keep a stead 2.5-3wpa with 15-20% guilds as mystic i fail an ocasional MV or MS nothing spectacular :)
