Yes, it REALLY messes up my game, even when it gets fixed. now my new buildings won't get built until.....whenever. So I have barren land just sitting there with no income. That can make a big difference!

I didnt get a double tick, my army still has 20hrs left from attacks about 16-20hours ago....
