Sage or Rogue?
My thoughts on the two:
Sage - All around better province.
Rogue - Higher thievery damage output and lower thievery losses
I'm leaning Rogue for the damage output increase, but Sage looks like a powerful alternative.

If you're in a warring kingdom, I'd say rogue, cause you'd use the bonusses from that personality more. If you're in on of the kingdoms that strife for top land and networth, and war twice or thrice every age, I'd say go sage (or shep, LOLOL).
My KD averages 5-6 wars/age, and those were my thoughts too.
sage works fine if you war, you just have to make an effort to get some sci.
What bishop said.
Also, if you're a T/M that will stick to the same size throughout your wars, I'd say, go sage. Don't go sage if you intend on slowly growing from 400 to 3k acres or more throughout the age.
Sage is a monster imo. Always was.
rogue for a real t/m ... sage for silly MS'r =)
This is btw coming from a Faery/Rogue in this age :P
Faery is a fine T/M even without rogue, especially with the 50% effectiveness.
I vote for Sage. Better quality than quantity imo.

Why write off Mystic ?
The double efficiency of Guilds and Towers saves you a lot of land - which you can put into more TD's etc.. If you are warring a lot it also helps you keep up your WPA according to growth.
The extra duration on spells can also be good if you are the single or one of few spell casters in your KD.
Youll be massacred if you go rogue. If your faeries are going rogue, run like at least 5 of them.
it gets down to do you need aw or not imo. Rest of rogue goodies cant match sage I think ... but aw potential is sweet to have in a kd
rogues +1 stealth is their best asset, not AW.
imo
