This is the kind of corrupted behavior that is ruining the game. Instead of measuring your strength against an equal opponent most people are looking for a province form which they can bottom feed without have to worry about retaliation.

So when provinces much larger then your own take large portions of your land it is just part of the game? I am 500 acres more or less so when a province of 1500 acres decides to attack me I should not complain it is just part of the game. That is just the way it is supposed to be?

we have had to war one to get away from another.. as we were being gb over 36hrs..
Also, there was one case where we had a multi random spawn, came oop then made attacks into 'his' kingdom, putting us hostile with them..
they were 1 mill bigger and declared us...

is alliance the only way?

1 mil is still okay depending on ur size..
try 16mil vs 5 mil :)

In that case i would say that either you pissed someone off, are at war (being chained) or the agressor will have more or less crap gains and huge losses to the point where its probably not worth it.
I really dont think there should be any cap of any kind of who you can hit. As few caps/restrictions/limitations, the better.
Could be discouraged slightly more thought...
